An agreement is established once an order is placed and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse any order if payment cannot be verified or if fraud is suspected. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

6. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (unless otherwise stated) and may exclude customs duties and import VAT (where applicable). Additional charges are the customer’s responsibility. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

At Evelyn Boutique New York, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Some products, including lingerie, underwear, swimwear and socks, are excluded for hygiene reasons. To start a return, email info@evelynboutique-newyork.com with your order number and details. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Warranty

We guarantee that our products meet the specifications stated at the time of purchase. Any defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
